I am honored to serve as the 2024 ICFWA Chapter President. In the past I have served as the Co-Director of Education and Vice-President/President Elect. Working on the board has allowed me to see the amazing dedication and commitment of our volunteers that are the heart of our organization. Did you know that except for our part-time VA we are 100% volunteer run? I think that is amazing- and we know we have more work to do to engage even more members in meaningful ways. I am also honored to serve with an outstanding board that is filled with leaders who are committed, passionate and well-regarded in our field of coaching. They have an unwavering commitment to our Chapter, our members and to advancing coaching equity for not only Washington but beyond. I am grateful for this opportunity to lead this award-winning, innovative chapter                                                         this year and the chance to collaborate with our board, volunteers, and members to fulfill our mission of                                                           evolving the coaching profession through programs that develop meaningful relationships, equity, and self-                                                     transforming mindsets so that coaches, community, and members cultivate broader societal change.

Peyina Lin-Roberts, Past President*    Find Me On LinkedIn

It has been a pleasure to serve as the chapter president in 2023. I am grateful to have served the chapter since 2020, as the Co-Director of Coaching Equity ('21), Vice-President ('22), and President ('23). From influencing the chapter's equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts, founding its BIPOC Coaches Connect, the Coaching Pathway Program, and the sliding scale pricing models; to expanding the board, forging new collaborations, co-creating more sustainable organizational processes, planting seeds in our programs, and reviving the monthly newsletters, I am proud of our purposeful accomplishments. They are the fruits of intentional, collective leadership–a gift I am humbled to have received while I was building on those who served before us to uplift my                                                        role as the chapter leader. In 2024, I welcome more spaciousness, smooth transitions, and flow in support of                                                              the chapter's auspicious future with bright, new leadership.
