    Thursday, July 10th, 2025

    12:00 - 1:30 PM PDT (Virtual)

“Coaching With The Enneagram” helps coaches go beyond using the Enneagram as a typology and understand it as a map and system for profound and lasting transformation. Coaches will learn how the Enneagram can be used to explore and expand their own range as a coach. We’ll also introduce ways coaches can use the Enneagram to help clients develop their own self-awareness and self-authority, leading to deeper, more meaningful impact.

      Client Creation and Coaching Prosperity

      Thursday, July 24th, 2025

      12:00 - 1:30 PM PDT (Virtual)

A predominant paradigm in the coaching profession is that coaching and creating the clients you coach are two separate, different things.

From this paradigm, all manner of problems are born. Coaches turn away from the core competencies and the sacred relationship that is coaching, and go purchasing packages, funnels, programs and lead generators, in the hopes that this will provide them the results they want, so that they can then do the thing they love.

What gets missed in all of this is to see every aspect of being a coach, including the creation of clients, as the embodiment of the majesty of coaching, and an opportunity to apply the core competencies and our own gifts as service to the world.

Through this session, coaches will leave inspired and present to a new possibility when it comes to creating prosperity in their lives. By virtue of how these coaches will start to show up, the public will get a greater, far more impactful experience of what coaching provides, experiencing its gifts long before money is ever exchanged.

Finding Your Sweet Spot – How Claiming a “True” Niche Can Make You “Essential” to Your Ideal Client

            Tuesday, September 9th, 2025

            12:00 - 1:30 PM PDT (Virtual)

It is the age old question for coaches “should I niche or not?. “ Although there are examples of successful coaches who don’t have a clearly defined market niche, when we look at the thriving coaches that are MOST successful, they almost always have a clear Niche and Ideal Client within that Niche. More importantly, by narrowing our focus, we can have an even deeper impact on our clients and create greater transformation in the world, which in turn makes you much more referable. In today’s ever changing environment, claiming a niche and a sweet spot within that niche will help deepen your client experience and demonstrate that coaching is an essential ingredient in their success (not a “nice to have”). This presentation will help demystify the concept of Niche and help overcome common misconceptions that hold coaches back from taking the deep dive into a niched coaching practice.

In this presentation you will learn:

            • The three aspects of a true Niche (because only a true Niche adds significant value to you and your clients)
            • How choosing a true Niche can elevate your coaching value proposition and be seen as “essential” to your Ideal Client
            • The benefits to you AND your clients to choosing a niche
            • How to cater your process to help your clients overcome their biggest challenges
            • How to establish credibility in your market niche

Whether you are currently niche-less or have already put a stake in the ground around your niche, this presentation will help you refine your ideal client and your process to attract more prospective clients and make a deeper impact with the clients who hire you.

                    Handling Clients’ Emotions:

The Intersection Between Coaching and Therapy

                    Thursday, September 16th, 2025

                    12:00 - 1:30 PM PDT (Virtual)

One of the nuanced challenges facing professional coaches is the need to build strong, empathetic client relationships while maintaining a goal-oriented and forward-looking approach. Even with a clear understanding of the lines between coaching and psychotherapy, the reality is that clients bring their whole body of life experience, emotions and behaviors to every session of a coaching engagement. A client may present with everything from bewildering self-sabotaging behavior to high emotions and a myriad of subtle symptoms in between. Our aim is to support coaches in navigating this by helping them observe and facilitate their clients’ experience with emotional material while maintaining boundaries.

Have you been curious about supervision and wanting to experience it?

In this monthly (evening) Open Group SuperVision, you will have the opportunity to be supervised by Erica Goos, PCC, Coach Supervisor & Madalina Radulescu, PCC, ESIA, Rekha Hatkanagalekar, MCC,  Inga Bielinska, MCC and Dr. Jill Jay, PCC.

                      What is supervision?

Supervision is a non-judgmental partnership in which the coach brings his/her work to a supervisor to explore challenges, ethical dilemmas, emotional responses, and how the personal may intrude into the professional.  The supervisor does not evaluate or judge but holds a reflective space for learning and connection for the group.

ICF research has identified key benefits for coaches who receive Coaching Supervision, which include:

                      • Increased self-awareness

                      • Greater confidence

                      • Increased objectivity

                      • Heightened sense of belonging

                      • Reduced feelings of isolation

                      • Increased resourcefulness

Several Groups, One Date and Time

Whether you are a newer coach or an experienced one, you will find a resonant space for you and your peers to gather and reflect.  Our facilitators and all attendees will all meet together on Zoom to center ourselves, and then we will separate into individual groups.
